ORS Consulting is an industrial risk management company providing advisory services to clients in multiple sectors, including oil and gas, renewables, aquaculture and land-based industries. Our consultants support asset owners, engineering companies and equipment/system suppliers from our offices in Malmö, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Esbjerg, Stavanger, Oslo and Aberdeen. We are now hiring graduates from technical Master of Science programs who want to work with process, risk and safety for a variety of clients and industries.

We are recruiting for all office locations, with a start-up in August/September 2024.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• To be considered for a position at ORS, you need a technical background, typically a Master`s degree (MSc/MEng). Our employees come from numerous technical programs, such as chemical engineering, industrial mathematics, mechanical engineering, risk and safety, environmental engineering, electrical engineering and offshore technology.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with team-based problem-solving. You are efficient, curious and proactive.
• You have strong academic results;
• You are fluent in English, with excellent skills in a Scandinavian language as a benefit.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A GRADUATE IN ORS CONSULTING

As a Consultant in ORS Consulting, you will make an impact from day one. Our client projects are manned with small teams, and you will immediately work with client projects in a supportive environment. You will get the mentorship and backup to solve and provide value to client projects. With a willingness to learn, you will fast advance in the consultant role.

OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM

Our Graduate Program is tailored to give you a basis for succeeding as a consultant. You will have the opportunity to expand your network through collaboration and in-person meetings with all ORS Graduates. In addition, you will get training from senior colleagues and management to learn more about industrial risk management, the role of a consultant and guidance on project execution.

You will also get a dedicated mentor who will give you continuous support and backup related to your new role.

A SOCIAL WAY OF WORKING

Working as a consultant will expose you to multiple industries, clients and colleagues. Our project teams are manned up across our office locations, and you will quickly build an extensive network. We arrange frequent social events, both at the office locations and company-wide.

We also value work-life balance. Working as a consultant requires hard and intelligent work but also gives flexibility regarding working hours and locations.
